Our History

2000, June – Toyo Adtec Co. Ltd. (Japan) is Established and becomes a subsidiary of DENKA, a public company listed in the NIKKEI stock exchange.

2004, June 21 – Toyo Adtec Inc. (Philippines) is Established as a JV Company with Toyo Adtec Co Ltd; Affiliate of DENKA.

2004, November 9 – Toyo Adtec Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is Established.

2005, May 13 – Toyo Adtec Pte. Ltd. (Taiwan) is Established.

2005, July – Toyo Adtec Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) became the Holding Company and Regional HQ for all companies outside Japan.

2007, March 2 – Toyo Adtec Pte. Ltd. (China) is Established.

2008, December – Toyo Adtec Pte. Ltd. Became an independent company from DENKA and now is the sole owner of TOYO ADTEC Brand.

2010, May – Awarded as a High-Growth Singapore SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) --- TOP 15 Emerging Enterprise 2010

2012  Emerging Enterprise Finalist .

2013, April – Toyo Adtec is recognized as high-revenue SME --- SINGAPORE 1000 SME

2017, November 14 - Toyo Adtec Pte. Ltd. (Malaysia) is Established.
