2. Proactive Replacement
Track cycle counts. Replace probes at 80% of their rated cycle life to avoid production downtime and false fails on wafers.
3. Plating Compatibility
Maintain consistent plating (e.g., Gold-on-Gold). Mixing materials accelerates galvanic corrosion, increasing electrical resistance.
